Sharon Hale-Gilad, LL.B., Hebrew University of Jerusalem.

Sharon interned in the Jerusalem District Court for the Honorable Judge Dalia Dorner, and later interned at Bach-Arad-Scharf & Co.

Sharon was admitted to the Israel Bar in 1993, and joined Bach-Arad-Scharf & Co. the same year.

Sharon is a senior partner in our firm, and has extensive experience in managing and litigating civil and commercial cases in all instances, but primarily in the District Courts and the Supreme Court. Among the clients that Sharon represents are leading international corporations and prominent Israeli business people. Sharon handles a diversity of large-scale, complex disputes, which include disputes in relation to real estate interests, family and marital disputes (including property distribution and equitable distribution of assets, inheritance and wills), corporate disputes and power struggles, derivative actions and class actions, partnership disputes, financial-civil disputes, administrative petitions and petitions to the High Court of Justice.
