Adv. Roni Schnitzer graduated cum laude from Tel Aviv University in 2021 with an LL.B. in Law and a B.A. in International Relations and Strategy. She completed an extended internship in the Litigation Department of Herzog Fox & Neeman under the direct guidance of the Head of the Department and joined our firm shortly after her admission to the Israel Bar in January 2023.

Her practice concentrates on complex civil-commercial litigation, with a proven record in high-value contractual and monetary claims, shareholder disputes, and corporate and partnership dissolutions. She also advises and represents clients in intellectual property and trademark disputes as well as substantial real estate transactions. Adv. Schnitzer has developed particular strength in representing family-owned companies and businesses in multi-disciplinary disputes, often conducted simultaneously before multiple courts and in arbitration proceedings.

Beyond her legal practice, Adv. Schnitzer contributes to academic legal writing and research in fields intersecting with law, including economics, governance, and strategy. In 2024, she was appointed to the Litigation, Civil Procedure, and Evidence Committee of the Tel Aviv District Bar Association, and in 2025 she was named a Research Fellow in the World Bank’s Women, Business and the Law (WBL) program, with her research scheduled for publication in the forthcoming 2026 report.
